The Service
longmarkets is a prediction platform where users draw curves on charts representing their predictions for real-world data. Predictions are scored against actual outcomes. longmarkets is not a gambling or financial trading platform — no real money is wagered on predictions.
Accounts
You must create an account to submit predictions. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials. Each person may only maintain one account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
User Conduct
You agree not to manipulate the scoring system, create multiple accounts, or interfere with the platform's operation. You agree not to use automated tools to submit predictions unless explicitly permitted.
Intellectual Property
The longmarkets platform, including its design, code, and branding, is owned by longmarkets. Your predictions remain yours, but by submitting them you grant us a license to display them on the platform (e.g., on leaderboards and public profiles).
Limitation of Liability
longmarkets is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to data loss, service interruptions, or scoring errors.
